Happie Mongia, also known as Story Baba, is a writer, director, and producer based in Mumbai, India. Born and raised in New Delhi, storytelling has been ingrained in his family culture, inspiring his creative journey in 2009. Initially starting with theater acting, Happie soon developed a deep passion for writing and directing, which was sparked by his love for the visually stunning Korean film Christmas in August. As an author of over 300 short stories, Happie has carved a niche for himself in the world of storytelling. He has directed—and sometimes produced—more than 100 ad films for renowned brands like Domino’s Pizza, Himalaya, Voltas Beko, and Nestlé, among others. His work in digital filmmaking also includes directing web shows such as Bravehearts, Staffroom, and Almost Together. Continually driven by his passion for creating compelling narratives, Happie Mongia remains committed to inspiring and engaging audiences.
